Lead the evolution of developer portal site for the JavaFX technology. Took over responsibility for the site immediately after its initial launch. Set up a weekly cadence for publication of articles and a quarterly cadence for redesigns for the site. Compiled weekly site analytics reports based on Omniture data to share with stake holders and to form the basis for content and redesign decisions. Managed the content, community and process for the website. Worked with external vendors, internal content provider, marketing and development stake holders and a burgeoning community to take the site through weekly updates and two redesigns. Also wrote some content, designed sample apps, and created weekly site analytics reports. Took the site through one large release as a product manager.

The success of this work also lead to my working on the information architecture and landing pages for all of Java, and then the entire Oracle Middleware documentation stack. The Documentation Site for the entire Oracle Middleware Stack is a very large repository. I completed an Information Architecture overhaul for this entire site and designed new landing pages that would help users understand the scope of the document repository and yet quickly get to the books or chapters that they wanted by searching or browsing .
