Dragonfly is Yahoo's next generation globalization platform. I designed the product from the ground up. The new product has a simple workflow that now allows developers to send thier strings for translation directly and does away with the need for intermediaries who need to wrestle with a system that is difficult to use. The product is disruptive, and re imagines the globalization ecosystem. Externally, our translations vendors have held it up as heralding a new way of integrating with their system. Internally, the product has enabled us to meet very aggressive goals to ship international releases.
